It was disheartening feeling so much desire to learn with little to no direction. I never want that to be the case for someone else.

Beginner workshop

My beginner workshop was the first of my workshops and one of my favorites. It sets the foundation for an incredible career (or fine-tuned hobbyist) as a photographer. You'll learn your camera, lighting, composition, and more. Lunch will be on me, just bring your camera, some way to take notes, and any lighting or other equipment you want to play with,. I'll take care of the rest!

little filmmakers

This is my homeschool class for the young filmmaker. As a homeschool mama, I wanted to bring a way for children to stretch themselves artistically. This is perfect for kids who are interested in filmmaking from scriptwriting, to storyboarding, to acting, and filming. I'll take care of the editing. This is over the course of one semester, meeting every other Tuesday starting in September. At the end of the semester, the children's films will be shown at a local theatre! This workshop is my favorite for a reason. You'll elevate your clients' experience substantially and provide them with not only an incredible process, but insanely beautiful photos. Here you'll learn my secrets to getting those jaw-dropping portraits again and again. You'll learn how I ensure those awkward barriers get torn down, the most shy clients feel empowered, and the real moments that would otherwise get lost, are captured beautifully and authentically. While this will be focused mostly on couples' and wedding photographers, it will be incredibly helpful in other genres as well.

Studio Lumière is seated in the historic Georgetown, TX square. Think french-inspired lounge as a luxurious photo backdrop. I've designed every detail intentionally--from the position of the furniture in relation to the light to the little details that help make your session unforgettable.

A few years ago, I started dreaming up a space that was unique, breathtakingly beautiful, and curated in a way that would truly serve clients and other creatives.. From the first moment you walk in and I hear those "oh my goodness, it's so beautiful here" to the end of our time together when I give you a hug goodbye , I am so grateful that dream became a reality.

The Lord answered the desire of my heart by providing the perfect space for me to lay out my vision. In June 2025, I started renovations and sourcing gorgeous genuine antiques. Most of our pieces are imported from 1800s France! I cannot wait to share this one-of-a-kind space with you through an equally unmatched workshop experience.
