As a mama myself, I know how hard it can be to get photos with your babies (of any age). You're always the one taking the photos and rarely in them with your sweet little one(s).

When the day arrives, you'll be greeted with open arms. I'll show you my space, meet your sweet little ones, and we will all have a blast together. I ensure your sweet babies (or big kids) have fun, too, and make it quick and easy.

Within a couple of days, I’ll send you a some preview images to get excited about while I work on the rest.
FINAL GALLERY DELIVERY

Your full gallery will land in your inbox within TWO weeks!! From there, you’ll be able to download, share, and order prints with just a few clicks. You'll always have option to print on your own if you prefer.

My studio is beautiful in any weather. Rain or shine, the light is gorgeous indoors.
WEATHER + LIGHT
For your session, you'll want to arrive 5-10 minutes early and wait in the waiting area down the hall or arrive to the room if the door is open. You can come upstairs or up the elevator to the 3rd floor. The studio is very elegant and feminine, with lots of gold accents, some French marble, chiffon, and white drapery details. You'll want to wear items that are in the tones of the set: light purples, blues, greens, creams, and light neutrals will work well. Clothing should be elevated: think dresses, dressy, elegant. Feel free to lean into the french vibes. You can go lighter tones for a lighter look or deeper tones for a moodier look.

Come in already dressed. There is a bathroom down the hall as well as a changing station for the littlest friends.
WHAT TO BRING
Studio Lumière is seated in the historic Georgetown square. Think french-inspired lounge as a luxurious photo backdrop. I've designed every detail intentionally--from the position of the furniture in relation to the light to the little details that help make your session unforgettable.

- Double-check outfits for lint, wrinkles, and tags
- Avoid sunglasses or hats beforehand—they leave marks
- Bring a burpcloth for the littlest ones and backup set of clothes
- Bring a plus one to help with giggles if your little one is shy
- Skip the smartwatch—it can reflect light and distract
- Eat a little and hydrate beforehand—you’ll feel better
- Be ready to have a blast!
